Smaller orders (up to 150kg)

These are sent by courier. We have recently changed to City Link 24 hour courier, who provide a first class service. this means that if you order before 12 or 1 pm, you may receive your parcel the next day! We tend to ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, so you should not wait longer that 3-4 days for your delivery (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders will be generally placed in box loads of 25 - 40kg and you may receive up to 5 boxes of burnables....

Surcharges for certain postcodes:

Due to spiralling fuel costs, there are surcharges for certain areas, you probably know who you are!

IV, KS, KA28-28, PA20-29, PH - extra £15 - sorry! (this is per order, not per box, so it could be broken down to £3 per box for a large order)

PO30 - 41 We can send these out via Parcelforce, which costs us an extra £2 per box.

Half and Whole pallet orders:

These are shipped by Palletways who are a specialist pallet delivery company, with experience in delivering to private addresses. Pallets are sent out on a 3 - 5 day service and again, they have been known to turn up on the next day! There is some flexibility with pallet deliveries, if you live down a narrow lane, you can request a 7.5 tonne vehicle rather than the 16T lorries they normally use.... see below. ...

If you just have to have your pallet delivered on a certain day, then you can have your delivery "booked in" for £5. This means that when the pallet is at your local depot, you will be telephoned and a delivery date will be arranged. If you would like this service, please request at checkout, leaving your phone number in the "further details" box and we will contact you for the £5 payment.

You are guaranteed a "kerbside delivery", although, in reality, the drivers are very helpful. They always have a pallet truck so that they can move the pallet a short distance.

BE MINDFUL THAT A ONE TONNE ORDER WILL BE 1M² AND APPROX 1.6M HIGH. IT IS A BIG HEAVY LOAD. IT MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE TO PUSH IT UP YOUR DRIVEWAY IF YOUR DRIVE SLOPES UPWARDS.

The orders are collected from the manufacturing site and are on a 3-5 day delivery service. Delivery will take place between 08.30AM and 17.00PM Monday to Friday. It is therefore important that you have somewhere convenient for the pallet to be delivered to. The pallets have a rainproof cover so your goods are protected from the elements however we would recommend you get them under cover in good time to ensure moisture does not penetrate the logs.

Please be aware that although these delivery services are supposed to take 48hours or over, they DO turn up within 24 hours sometimes.

You can arrange collection of your heat logs from us, we are located in Alton Hampshire (postcode area GU34). This needs to be done by prior appointment. We can also deliver smaller amounts to you, the delivery cost would depend on distance from Alton but feel free to contact us and we can discuss your requirements. Very local deliveries would be free....

Bespoke Orders: If we have not listed the quantity of fire wood or heat logs that you would like. Please contact us and we will be happy to give you a price.

Please Note - Deliveries can be made to Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and Isle of Man only by prior arrangement. You will therefore need to telephone us first to discuss your requirements in full so we can get the delivery arranged to meet your needs.
